Emmaus Leicestershire and Rutland is seeking an experienced van driver to work delivering and collecting furniture. The successful applicant will have a full driving licence and have experience of delivery planning, customer service and be self-motivated.
Emmaus Leicestershire & Rutland is a non-religious organisation offering formerly homeless and socially excluded people, known as companions, an opportunity to work with us to rebuild their lives.
Unlike many homelessness charities, we don’t just offer companions a bed for the night. Instead, we offer a home for as long as someone needs it, as well as meaningful work in a social enterprise. This combination of a stable home and having something to do every day helps to restore lost self-esteem and gives companions the time and space to be able to deal with any problems they may have experienced in the past.

- Salary – £10.00 per hour
- Working hours – 37.5 hours per week (inc. Saturday)
- Annual leave – 25 days plus 8 bank holidays
