Our homelessness charity Emmaus Leicestershire & Rutland is looking for a dedicated Van Driver to join our team.
Location: Hinckley, Leicestershire
You’ll be driving a 3.5-tonne tail lift box van, working with our team of volunteers and the people we support, to provide a high-quality delivery and collection service. You’ll be responsible for collecting donated furniture and household items, as well as delivering them to customers, ensuring a friendly and efficient service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Driving a 3.5-tonne box van with a tail lift.
- Working closely with our volunteers and others to deliver and collect items.
- Providing excellent customer service during deliveries and collections.
What we’re looking for:
- A full driving licence with experience driving similar vehicles.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- A commitment to our mission of supporting people who have faced homelessness.
