Hours and Salary:  15 hours a week. £6,801 p.a (£8.72 per hour)

Duration of Post: Fixed term Contract funded til Dec 2021

Location: Leicester

Brighter Futures is a Leicester/Leicestershire based project funded jointly by the Big Lottery Fund and European Social Fund under the Building Better Opportunities Program Theme 9 to provide services that enable ‘Social Inclusion’. The project is delivering targeted Interventions across key outcome areas including health, financial inclusion, employment, education and training, community inclusion and future prospects. You will be solely employed to work on the project.

You will:

Provide administrative support to the Community Coaches with administration and management of participant files and associated work.

Key Tasks include:

Printing template participant documents and collating into individual files, stamping and certifying participant forms
Uploading participant files onto YETI (bespoke electronic database software)
Photocopying and scanning documents
Ordering project stationery and supplies
Booking training for participants
Making online applications for birth certificates and passports for participants
Support with handling participant petty cash
Admin support in completing participant activity logs and allowances forms
Maintain the participant filing system and other confidential project documents
Provide admin support in responding to queries from funders
To carry out such other duties as the Community Coach Supervisor may reasonably require in relation to the post.
