Emmaus Leicestershire & Rutland is seeking an experienced Charity Retail Manager to join our friendly team.
Our Emporium charity shop in Hinckley, Leicestershire raises vital funds to support our charity. The unique Emmaus model provides meaningful work opportunities for people who have faced homelessness (known as companions), and so our staff work together with companions and volunteers to run the shop.
The Charity Retail Manager will support our Head of Operations, managing the Emporium business activities and helping to support companions at work as key members of the team, in compliance with our charity’s ethos, mission, strategic aim, organisation objectives and policies.
The post holder will also have the chance to help generate more funds, supporting commercial development by securing new opportunities and ensuring that Emmaus Leicestershire & Rutland gets the most out of all our income generating initiatives.
