About the Brighter Futures project:

Brighter Futures is an employment project that offers free support in Leicester to those who might have barriers to move towards paid employment.

We work with people aged over 16 who are not in paid employment and who may need some support. We don’t just look at someone’s employability skills (such as CVs, interview preparation, training etc.). We can also assist with other things going on in their life (such as housing, debt, health and confidence issues) to ensure we offer the right advice and support, enabling them to overcome difficulties and move towards a Brighter Future.

Our Community Coaches get to know our clients’ goals and aspirations. Together we work to overcome obstacles through a combination of coaching, mentoring, volunteering, training and more.
