People throughout Leeds who wish to donate items of furniture, contact the booking office via telephone or email. Your role is to check the donations are suitable, and if so arrange a collection. You will also arrange deliveries for the retail sales team. Accuracy and attention to detail are key elements for this role.
To volunteer in this role, you will require:
- An excellent telephone manner
- Good IT skills
- Problem solving skills.
- Reliability and punctuality
- Patience and a good sense of humour
In return you will receive:
