Emmaus Leeds has received a charitable donation of £3,336, fundraised from this year’s Leeds RAG Fashion Show.

The 2025 edition of the Leeds RAG Fashion Show took place over the last weekend of February at The Refectory in the University of Leeds Union. This annual event raises funds for local good causes and this year the selected charities were Emmaus Leeds, Leeds Mind and Leeds Women’s Aid.

Leeds RAG is the official, student-run fundraising society of Leeds University Union. Their 2025 fashion show had a general theme of ‘Zeitgeist’ with curated collections including ‘Regal Revival’, ‘Art Deco Decadence’, ‘Psychedelic 60s’ and ‘Wear The Future’.

Models took to the catwalk in a wide range of outfits, alongside live music and thought-provoking messages. Money raised from the event came from ticket sales, merchandise and a charity raffle with prizes of products and experiences donated by local businesses.

Gina Morrison, Executive Lead of Emmaus Leeds said: “I would like to thank everyone involved in this year’s Leeds RAG Fashion Show for their hard work and dedication. From the organisers, models and stylists – to the attendees and businesses who supported this event – we are incredibly grateful for the funds raised that will go towards the support Emmaus Leeds provides to people who have experienced homelessness.”
