This competition is run by Emmaus Lancashire
The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Employees of Emmaus Lancashire and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
How to Enter To enter the competition
Participants must:
- Tag the parent, guardian, carer, or important person in their life they would like to win with in the comments of the competition post.
- Follow @emmauslancashire on the relevant social media platform.
- For a bonus entry, participants can comment on what makes this person special to them.
Emmaus recognises that families come in many forms. Entries are welcome from anyone wishing to celebrate a parent, guardian, foster carer, mentor, or other supportive person in their life.
The competition opens when the post is published and closes at 11:59pm on Sunday 15 March 2026 (Mother’s Day). Entries received after this time will not be counted.
One winner will receive:
- £25 to spend at Emmaus Department Store, and
- £25 for the person they tagged, also to spend at Emmaus Department Store.
- The total prize value is £50.
Prize Conditions
- The prize must be collected in person from Emmaus Department Store, Fishergate Shopping Centre, Preston.
- The prize must be collected by Sunday 22 March 2026.
- The £50 prize must be spent in-store at Emmaus Department Store and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.
Winner Selection and Notification
- The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.
- The winner will be contacted via direct message on the social media platform used to enter.
- If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, Emmaus reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

- Not to post offensive, discriminatory, abusive, or inappropriate comments.
- Not to share sensitive personal information about themselves or others in their entry.
- That Emmaus Lancashire reserves the right to remove comments or disqualify entries that breach these expectations or could put individuals at risk.
By entering the competition, participants agree that their first name and comment may be shared by Emmaus Lancashire when announcing the winner.

Emmaus Lancashire reserves the right to amend or withdraw the competition if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
