Emmaus Hastings & Rother is a registered charity supporting formerly homeless people by providing them with a home and an opportunity to progress. The people we support (our companions) live and work together in our community home and social enterprise. Here at Emmaus Hastings & Rother, we have a small staff team and accommodation for up to 23 companions.
As E-commerce Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for the delivery of our e-Sales & Charity Suite project, targeting increased online sales and Gift Aid recovery across our business.
The main elements of the project include a complete overhaul of our online sales process and a roll-out of the MicroMkt Charity Suite EPOS system. Alongside these, a key part of the role will be to train companions and staff in the new systems.
The successful candidate will have IT experience, enthusiasm and excellent people skills. Further information about the role can be found in the job description and person specification below.
This is a full-time position on a 12-month contract. However, should the role prove effective in growing our business, extension of the contract could be considered.
