Emmaus Greenwich supports people to move on from homelessness
Emmaus Greenwich provides a home and meaningful work opportunities for as long as this is needed
You can make a difference, by donating, getting involved or visiting one of our shops
One of the most important aspects of the Emmaus ethos is solidarity, helping others who are vulnerable or experiencing difficulties
Last weekend, we took part in Race for Life’s fun-filled Pretty Muddy challenge.
Staff and companions (formerly homeless people now supported by Emmaus Greenwich) took part in the event, which involved a muddy 5k obstacle course.
We climbed, crawled and clambered our way through the course to raise money for Cancer Research UK. We chose this charity event as we wanted to run in memory of three wonderful volunteers we sadly lost to cancer. Helene, Steve and Mike – this was for you 💚
Thank you so much to everyone who supported us! It was a fantastic day.
If you’re able to give a couple of pounds to this amazing cause, there’s still time. Here’s how you can donate today.
