Our Cheltenham shop is closed until further notice due to operational constraints.
Donations
We are accepting donations every day, at all open shops, from 09:30 until the daily capacity is reached. It is therefore advisable to arrive early to avoid disappointment.
Large donations must be pre-booked in advance, by contacting the shop, to ensure that your donation can be accepted.
Deliveries and Collections
Please note that our van crews are not permitted to enter any customers premises, unless the property is vacant. We are only able to deliver/collect from immediately inside the entrance door of the property or from outside of each property to include the garden, garage or shed.
