Is your business looking to make a real difference in your community?
At Emmaus Gloucestershire, we provide more than just a bed for the night – we offer people experiencing homelessness the chance to rebuild their lives through long-term accommodation, tailored support, and work experience. But we can’t do it alone. Your organisation can play a vital role in transforming lives by becoming our corporate partner.
We are a dedicated charity committed to addressing the pressing issue of homelessness in our community. Homelessness is a growing crisis, driven by a complex mix of factors, including poverty and economic factors, unaffordable rents and rising housing costs, low income and unemployment, zero-hour contracts, inadequate support for vulnerable groups, personal circumstances including relationship breakdown and family conflict, domestic abuse, mental health, substance misuse, discrimination and lack of support with complex needs. Shockingly, 94% of people facing homelessness have experienced trauma.
At Emmaus Gloucestershire, we’ve seen first-hand how the right support can change lives and have witnessed remarkable transformations amongst our residents. Many individuals who once faced the harsh realities of homelessness are now on the path to stability and self-sufficiency. This progress is because of their resilience, our comprehensive support services and the local businesses that support us in our mission.

Corporate Volunteer from St James’s Place“We all had a great day helping at Emmaus Gloucestershire, whether we were gardening, painting & decorating, or putting our artistic flair to use through creating bead curtains. It was a great privilege to be able to attend and help, and I truly believe that we all came away feeling rewarded.”
Matthew Payne, Service Manager at the Gloucester Coventry Building Society branch“The partnership fits great with our values, goals and what we want to achieve. We recognise the important work Emmaus Gloucestershire does in the local community, and we really want to support that work.”
Kelan Loughnane, CEO of MACK Residential“When we met with the team at Emmaus Gloucestershire and learned about their current initiative focused on preventative measures to combat homelessness, we instantly recognised the value of their work. Supporting Emmaus Gloucestershire aligns with MACK Residential’s belief that every person should have a home where they feel safe, secure and valued.”
