First workshop at our People’s Shed in Gloucester!
Six companions gave donated items a new lease of life
It’s our 30th anniversary this year and we have launched a £30k for 30 years fundraiser to kick off the celebrations. Our charity has been a vital lifeline to hundreds of people who have experienced homelessness, and we hope the people of Gloucestershire can get behind our ambitious fundraiser. We’re aiming to reach the target by the end of 2023, either through individual donations or fundraising activities held by schools, workplaces, churches and groups. All money raised will go a long way towards helping us support more people to move forward with their lives.

You can make a difference at Emmaus Gloucestershire. We’re always on the lookout for new volunteers in a number of areas including shop assistants, e-sales assistants, drivers, driver’s mates, jewellery sorters, bric a brac sorters, social media and more.
There are many fulfilling and enjoyable ways you can fundraise for Emmaus Gloucestershire. This could be anything from a personal challenge, like a marathon, to a bake sale or a quiz night. Visit our fundraising page for more ideas and do make sure to get in touch with us if you are fundraising for Emmaus so we can help to promote your activity!
You can shop with us from the comfort of your own home through eBay. Similar to our brick and mortar shops, all proceeds from our online sales will go directly towards the support and accommodation we provide to help people rebuild their lives after experiencing homelessness. To visit our eBay shop, click on the link below.
There’s not many charities where as a donor or customer you could directly meet one of the beneficiaries. So, when you visit the Emmaus Gloucestershire shops to buy or donate something, chances are the person serving you is going to be a companion – you’re going to be meeting one of the beneficiaries of Emmaus and seeing the difference you are making by supporting us.
