Our Glasgow charity superstore, located in the west end, has been established for over 24 years and was formerly known as “The Solidarity Shop” in recognition of Father Lyon who originally started the shop in 1988.
Today, our Emmaus Glasgow Partick charity shop stocks a wide range of affordable items and interesting finds. We specialise in good quality second-hand items and furniture including suites, sofas, chairs, tables, cabinets and beds.
Great value goods
If you’re looking for vintage and retro items, bargain bric-a-brac and pre-loved clothing, you will find lots to browse within our store. We also stock an extensive selection of secondhand books, vinyl records, homewares, electrical items, collectables and much more.
Our electrical goods are all PAT tested and inspected before sale and alongside smaller items such as lamps and TVs, you will find a wide range of secondhand fridges, freezers, cookers and other kitchen appliances.
We offer a local delivery service for your purchases of furniture and larger items, with a small charge based on your distance from the store.
When you shop at Emmaus Glasgow it’s a win-win situation! Your home gets a make-over, you save items from landfill, and you directly help formerly homeless people at our Glasgow community.

Emmaus Glasgow will collect for free your donations of good-quality furniture from anywhere in the Glasgow area and beyond! Just phone 0141 342 4089 or complete our online form to make the arrangements. If you prefer, pop round with your goods, we’d love to see you.
We can only accept items that we know will sell in our shops. We don’t like to disappoint or offend people by saying no when we come to collect, so if you are in any doubt, please contact us first. You can also check in advance to see what items we can currently accept.
