Allia Future Homes is a non-profit helping charities like Emmaus to secure sites, funding, and deliver ‘Supported Modular Home Communities’ for people experiencing homelessness. They have supported the creation of three communities and 36 modular homes on council, church, and other vacant land. Their specialist team provides expert advice and resources, including move-on homes to help people towards independence. Projects can also benefit from pro bono or low-cost support with planning, project management, and site works. Building on this success, modular communities have been developed across the UK, including for Emmaus Cambridge, Suffolk, Merseyside, and soon Spennymoor.
