We want to give a huge shoutout to the pupils at Bablake Junior School, in Coventry.

After learning about homelessness, they got super creative and recently raised an amazing £400 for Emmaus Coventry & Warwickshire.

Their fundraising ideas included:

  • A charity football match organised by parents
  • A bake sale
  • Selling donated old toys
  • Creating and selling comics
  • Making and selling paper mache pets

Falishia and Tony from our staff team here at Emmaus Coventry & Warwickshire, visited the school to collect their generous donation and lead an assembly. They really enjoyed our visit, and were so impressed by the creativity and hard work that the young people had put into their fundraising.

Thank you, Bablake Junior School, for your amazing efforts and for making a real difference.
