It’s Volunteers’ Week across the UK, and here at Emmaus Colchester, we’re taking a moment to celebrate the amazing people who generously give their time and energy to support our work.
Our volunteers play a vital role in everything we do. By helping our social enterprises run smoothly, they make it possible for us to support even more people out of homelessness and into brighter futures.
At Emmaus, volunteering is shaped by each person’s skills and interests. Right now, we have volunteers painting furniture in our workshop, supporting our finance and admin teams, sorting donated clothes, and helping make our shops look their best! A huge thank you to all of our volunteers – we couldn’t do what we do without you!
