Temporary suspension of electrical goods donations

In recent weeks the public’s generosity has resulted in a warehouse full of items to be PAT and product tested. We will therefore be suspending acceptance of electrical goods from Wednesday 16 October  until we have been able to work through the back log. Our website and socials will be updated once the suspension is lifted.

Waiting time for collections

We are continuing to experience significant demand for collections and waiting times for collections are in the region of 6-8 weeks. Please be aware when you are booking a collection with us.
