Emmaus Cambridge is a charity and social enterprise which provides a home for 44 people who have experienced homelessness (companions). Our community offers companions the opportunity to rebuild lost self-esteem and confidence, whilst receiving on the job training.
Emmaus Cambridge runs a complex catering operation seven days a week, including weekends, providing meals for companions who live in our community. The role of the community catering supervisor will be to support the delivery of community catering to all companions and staff, support companions to learn to cook, and maintain excellent hygiene standards in our community kitchen.
The successful applicant will:
We are looking for someone who has experience of working in a busy successful food service establishment, enjoys dealing with people and has excellent communication skills.

The post holder will work closely with the Catering Coordinator and the staff team.
The post will be subject to an enhanced disclosure and barring check for work with vulnerable adults.
