Hours: 37.5 hours per week over seven days with regular weekend working
Salary: £20,000 (Live out)
Holiday: 25 Days plus bank holidays

Emmaus Cambridge is a charity and social enterprise, providing a home for up to 34 (soon to be 44) formerly homeless people (companions) who are working their way out of homelessness by re-selling and recycling furniture and other goods whilst living on site in our community.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an innovative and collaborative team.
We are looking for two highly motivated Companion Development Workers to work directly alongside companions, staff, and volunteers in our social enterprise and community.
Working in a way that inspires, motivates and empowers people to achieve the very best they can by finding positive steps to move forward in life.
The roles will support Emmaus to increase earned income form the existing retail social enterprise and helping to develop and implement new ventures to support companions in line with our strategic plan.
