Free Streets is an Emmaus outreach project supporting people who are sleeping rough within the historic county palatine of Lancashire. Funded by the Masonic Charitable Foundation, the Free Streets project aims to provide advice, guidance, and essential items to people sleeping rough, in partnership with local agencies.
