The Garden Centre at Emmaus Bolton is a great place to source affordable plants and garden supplies.
We offer a range of plants, shrubs, herbs, seasonal hanging baskets, planters, pots and gardening equipment at great prices. Using our on-site polytunnel and greenhouses, we are able to grow a variety of produce throughout the year.
Much of the growing is done by companions of Emmaus Bolton. We often support people who have a passion for plants and horticulture, so our Garden Centre provides a fantastic opportunity for people to develop skills and experience in this area. Our Emmaus community also produces garden furniture and bespoke planters in our own on-site Workshops.
Remember, light snacks, hot drinks and cakes are also available at social enterprise Cafe Pierre which overlooks our plants as they grow and flourish. Come and make a day of your visit. It’s the perfect place to shop and meet friends.

All of our plants are grown here at Emmaus Bolton. Our three-litre shrubs and plants change with the seasons and we always have special offers throughout the year.
In the spring we have two greenhouses that produce plants for hanging baskets. As well as new baskets and throughs, you can bring us your basket or container and we will refill them for you – its cheaper than buying new!
