Cooking with Carluccio

Chef Antonio Carluccio recently shared his expertise with Companions from the Emmaus Communities at South Lambeth, Brighton and Hove, Mossley and Village Carlton.

The kitchen at Emmaus South Lambeth was a hive of activity as Companions cooked a meal under Antonio's supervision.

One of the ways that Emmaus supports Companions is to provide training and opportunities to pick up new skills. As a result of Antonio's visit to Emmaus South Lambeth, a Companion there, who is already a chef, hopes to be offered a place on a specialist course at Westminster Kingsway College.
